Can I run with my dog?
Camp Casey Conference Center has a NO DOG policy

Can I dress up?
Yes! Yes!  We encourage all Jingle Trail Run participants to get into the spirit by creating a festive Hats or outfits for the race.

Is there an age limit for younger runners?
No!  If they can manage either the run or walking course, they can participate with a parent or guardian.

Where is Camp Casey Conference Center and where will check-in be?
Camp Casey Conference Center is on Engle Road, just a few short miles outside of Coupeville on Whidbey Island, next to Fort Casey State Park and the Coupeville (Keystone) Ferry Terminal.  Check-in will be in the Auditorium and signs will direct you.

Where should I park?
Runners and spectators are asked to follow the parking signs, there is plenty of parking available.

What is the course like?
The Run/Walk follows the scenic trails throughout Camp Casey and a short part of the trail includes Fort Casey.  There are some roots and rocks along the wooded trail, but it is fun and exhilarating.

Are there refunds?
Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds. The logistics of setting up and planning the event make it impossible. Just make sure you are good to go before signing up. If for some reason you can’t make it to race day, at least come to the check-in and pick up your t-shirt and race bag.
